Ingredients

    *Potato, raw, 4 medium
    Onions, raw, 2 tbsp chopped
    Garlic, 3 cloves
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    Paprika, 1 tbsp
    Garlic powder, 1 tsp
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 4 tbsp
    *Extra Light Olive Oil, 2 tbsp

Directions

Wedge potatoes and place in oven safe baking dish, then add rest of ingredients and toss to coat all potatoes. Bake on 350 for 30-40 min until potatoes are soft and start to get golden brown on tops
