Introduction

Low carb tuna salad. This tuna is great to eat with a salad or stuffed in a ripe tomato for a complete lunch. If you are counting your sodium you may use low sodium pickles to keep that count down. It is very easy to make and has less fat, calories , and carbs than the deli equivalent. I use this to stuff large celery ribs and it is great. Low carb tuna salad.
