Introduction

Ingredients

    1 cup Jasmine rice
    2 cups water
    5 tsp. Knorr Tomato Boullion w/chicken flavor
    1/4 cup corn
    1/4 cup pico de gallo
    1/2 Tbsp canola oil

Directions

Heat oil in small pot over medium/medium high heat, and add pico de gallo. Saute pico in oil for about two minutes. Add water, rice, corn and boullion and bring to slight boil. Reduce to low heat, cover and let cook for twenty minutes. Uncover, remove from heat and fluff.
