Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    1 Can Beans such as chick peas or cannellinni
    1 Can Tuna in water
    1 clove galrlic, minced or pressed
    1 T olive oil
    1 t Oregano
    2 t sage
    .5 t thyme
    3 C fresh spinach


Directions

Combine all ingredient, except Spinach, in a glass microvave safe bowl. Heat for 1 minute.
Stir.
Add Spinach, heat in microwave for 1-2 minutes, stirring frequently, until spinach is wilted.
The longer this sits, the better it tastes.
Add vinegar if desired.
