    1/8 tsp black pepper; 1/4 tsp sea salt; 1/4 cup chicken broth; 1 tbsp lemon juice; 2 tbsp Miracle Whip; 1 tbsp butter; 1 oz Craisins; 1 lb flounder or three 3 oz pieces. 'Spray pan and heat oven to 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Mix ingredients in small bowl and pour over fish. Pour liquid from baking pan into saucepan and heat on low, stirring constantly under thickened. Pour liquid over fish and serve
