Number of Servings: 6


    * Nutmeg, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
    * Onion powder, 4 tbsp (remove)
    * Pepper, black, 1 tbsp (remove)
    * Pepper, red or cayenne, 0.20 tsp (remove)
    * Salt, 2 tbsp (remove)
    * Pumpkin, cooked, 4 cup, mashed (remove)
    * Tomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano, 0.50 serving (remove)
    Milk coconut Goya, 8 oz (remove)
    Cook pumpkin until soft (about 20 minutes, longer if using very large pumpkin), mash after cooking. Put in blender tomatoes, coconut milk & spices and liquidfy. Then put in pumpkin and liquidfy (if you have large blender, put everything in together and blend all at one time). Pour mixture back in pot and heat for about 30 minutes and serve.
