    * Grapes, 1 cup, seedless (remove)
    * Oranges, 1 large (3-1/16" dia) (remove)
    * Cranberry juice cocktail, Ocean Spray Cranberry Juice Cocktail, 1 cup (remove)
    * Strawberries whole Dole, 1 cup (remove)
    * Pineapple chunks Dole canned, 0.50 cup (remove)

    Put all ingredients through juicer or blender. Preferably the juicer to eliminate the inner skin of orange not breaking down in the blender.


Makes about two 12 oz glasses
