    4 Medium Red Potatoes
    1 T Fresh chopped rosemary
    1 t salt
    1 t pepper
    1/2 T Butter. melted
    1/2 T Olive Oil


Spray a shallow casserole dish and preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and place in casserole dish.
Roast in oven for 20 minutes stirring occasionally until potatoes are tender and somewhat browned.
