Ingredients

    2 oz pasta
    1 lb. grouin d beef
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 T. minced garlic
    1 c. chopped carrot
    1 (14 1/2 oz ) can Italian diced tomatoes
    1 (15 oz) can Great Northern Beans (drained)
    1 (15 oz0 can kidney beans (drained)
    1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
    1 (11 1/2 oz can V8
    3 c. beef broth
    1 c. water
    1 T. white vinegar
    1/3 c. parsley
    1 t. basil
    1/2 t. thyme
    12 t. black pepper
    1 t. oregano

Directions

Cook pasta.
Brown beef in stock pot over med-hi heat. When almost cooked through, add garlic and cook until meat is done. Add onions, celery and carrots. Cook for 5 minutes.
Add all ingredients but pasta. Simmer 45 minutes. Stir every 5 minutes. Add pasta and simmer 15 minutes more.
