    * Cabbage, fresh, 1 head, large (about 7" dia) (remove)
    * Pork Tenderloin, 8 oz (remove)
    * Cider Vinegar, .5 cup (remove)
    * Water, tap, 6 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    * Red Ripe Tomatoes, .5 cup cherry tomatoes (remove)
    * 3 Potatoes

    cook pork
    cut potatoes into bite sized pieces
    place ingredients in pot
    bring to a boil
    reduce to simmer for about 1 hour
    reduce to low until ready to serve


tastes better the longer it is allowed to simmer.
