Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 tsp. olive oil
    3 cloves of garlic, minced
    3 oz. shrimp, precooked
    1/2 cup black beans (from a can rinse and drain)
    3/4 cup favorite marinara sauce
    2-3 cups fresh broccoli, cooked

Directions

1. Saute shrimp in olive oil and garlic.

2. Add beans and saute about 2 minutes more until juices are reduced.

3. Stir in marinara to heat through. *

Serve over 2-3 cups of fresh cooked broccoli -- well drained.

Note: *Nutritional information will change depending on the "Marinara" that you choose.
