    16 medium mushrooms
    1/8 c olive oil (coat bottom of fry pan so it is 1/16" deep)
    5 TBSP parsley flakes
    Dash or two of salt
    1 TBSP balsamic vinegar (containing no more than 1 gram of sugar per serving)


Saute mushrooms in a large skillet with about 1/16" olive oil, a heavy sprinkling of parsley flakes, a sprinkling of salt to taste, and 1 tablespoon basamic vinegar. Cook over medium heat til mushrooms are tender.
