This snack/side dish is very filling for the calories and refreshing in summer time. This snack/side dish is very filling for the calories and refreshing in summer time.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 cucumber (peeled or unpeeled)
    3 cups lowfat (1%) buttermilk
    1 tsp salt
    0.5 tsp black pepper
    0.5 tsp dill seed (optional)

Directions

Peel the cucumber if you prefer. Grate it using grater or food processor. Add remaining ingredients, mix and refridgerate. Serve chilled.

Makes 4 approximately 1 cup servings.
