    Healthy Harvest Pasta - 1 box, cooked and then cooled
    Canned Tuna in water, 2 cans
    Red Bell Pepper - 1
    1/4 cup of pitted chopped kalmata olives
    1/3 cup 0% fat Greek Yogurt
    1/3 cup Hellman's Low Fat Mayonnaise Dressing
    1/3 cup Vinegar - Red Wine Vinegar
    EVOO 1 TBS
    Good seasonings italian dressing mix- entire packet
    Scallions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Parsley, .5 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 3 cloves, chopped
    Celery seed, .5 tbsp
    salt, table, 1 tsp
    Pickles and some juice (optional and to taste)


Mix yogurt and mayo together. Add Tuna, red pepper, scallions, and olives. Then add seasonings and EVOO and vinegar last. Mix with cooled pasta and ENJOY!!
