Very Good!!! Both my husband and my kids LOVE this recipe..it's a really good way to sneak in some extra veggies. I serve ours with a very simple salad to round out the meal. Very Good!!! Ingredients

1 cup grilled chicken breast, chopped
1/2 cup chopped fresh mushrooms
1/4 cup chopped fresh zucchini squash
1/4 cup chopped frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
3/4 cup pizza sauce
1/2 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
12 oz. pizza dough ( use any kind you like)
2 tsp. lowfat milk
2 tsp. shredded parmesan cheese
Directions
Heat oven to 400*.
Chop chicken and veggies, set aside.
Roll crust into a 14" x 12" rectangle on a baking sheet. Spoon half the sauce down the center, lengthwise, leaving 3" on either side.
Layer chicken, veggies and Mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
Cut 12 strips on both sides of the crust. Fold strips over filling, so they overlap. Brush top with milk and sprinkle with parmesan.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until crust is crispy and golden brown. **I do mine on a baking stone so that the bottom crust is more crisp than soggy.
Serves 6..about a 2.5" piece.
