    4 cups veggie broth
    1 tsp sea salt
    1 cup lentils
    1 tomato, chopped
    1 carrot, chopped
    1/2 an onion chopped
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1/2 tsp ground cumin
    1/2 tsp dried mint
    1/2 bunch of kale, chopped
    (about 3 cups??)
    1/2 Tbsp lemon juice


Combine everything except the greens in a large pan over high heat. Bring to a boil. Lower the heat and simmer 30 to 40 minutes, uncovered. Stir in the greens and simmer for 20 more minutes, until the greens are soft. Add more broth or liquid if the soup is too thick. Stir in lemon juice and serve.
