    *Keebler Ready Crust - Shortbread, 8 serving
    *Eagle Brand Fat Free Sweetened Condensed Milk, 20 tbsp
    Lemon juice, .5 cup
    Egg, fresh, 4 large


Mix condensed milk, egg yolks and juice, mixing well. Pour mixure into pie shell. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes. Beat egg whites until stiff, gradually adding sugar (can add a couple drops of lemon extract... optional) Spread over cooked pie. place in oven and cook until meringue is golden brwon. Chill (or freeze) about 3 hours)
