    *Keebler Ready Crust - Shortbread, 8 serving
    *Eagle Brand Fat Free Sweetened Condensed Milk, 20 tbsp
    Egg, fresh, 4 large (separated)
    *Lemon Juice, .5 cup


In medium bowl, mix milk,egg yolks and juice... mix well. Pour mixture into pie shell. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes. Beat egg whites until stiff, gradually adding sugar (can add a drop of lemon extract... optional). Spread meringue over pie. Place into oven and cook until meringue is golden brown. Chill (or freeze) for three hours. (One ounce servings as calculated).
