Ingredients

    1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
    1/2 cup wholewheat self raising flour
    1/4 teaspoon baking powder
    4 egg whites
    equal (desired amount - can top with more later)

Directions

put everything together and blend....then just cook in your non-stick frypan.
