    3/4 pounds lean ground turkey
    4 oz F F sour cream
    1/2 cup onions, chopped
    4 0z can mushrooms
    10.5 oz can cream of mushroom soup
    seasoning to taste - cumin, salt onion powder, garlic powder, steak seasoning, worcheshire sauce.

    Egg noodles


In a large skillet, brown Turkey (or beef); drain and rinse with hot water. Return meat to skillet and add all other ingredients, except noodles. Blend together well and heat thoroughly on med low.

Meanwhile, boil noodles. Serve stroganoff over cooked noodles.

Serves 4

I substituted Ground Turkey for Ground Beef in my original recipe and saved about 100 calories.
