    Publix frozen Cherries, 2.5 cup (remove)
    Publix Old Fashioned Oatmeal (dry), 3 cup (remove)
    Wheat Germ, 9 tbsp (remove)
    Whole Food Organic Flax Seed Oil (with Lignans), 2 tbsp (remove)
    Stonyfield Farm Organic Lowfat Vanilla Yogurt, 3 cup (remove)


Prepare oatmeal per package directions. Add bag of frozen cherries to oatmeal for the last minute of cooking. Stir in wheat germ. Flavor with vanilla and hazlenut extracts.

Divide into individual containers (makes 6 servings)

Heat in micro. Top with yogurt & flax oil after heating. Yum!
