Ingredients

8 oz low fat cream cheese
    2 minced garlic cloves
    1/4 cup half and half
    1/4 cup light mayonnaise
    1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp of hot sauce, more for serving if desired
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
4 oz blue cheese (about 1 cup crumbled)
    2 Tbs chopped chives

Directions

Preheat oven to 325. Place cream cheese in bowl of a food processor and pulse to soften.

Place minced garlic in processor along with half and half, worcestershire sauce, hot sauce and pepper. Run motore until mixture is smooth. Add blue cheese and chives and pulse to combine.

Scrpae mixture into a small gratin dish or baking pan, and bake until dip is melted and bubbling, 30 to 40 minutes. Sprinkel extra hot sauce on top, if desired, and serve hot or warm with pita chips, veggies, or chicken wings.
