Ingredients

    I can garbanzo Beans (Chick Peas), Save the liquid
    1/3 Cup Tahini
    1/4 Cup fresh lemon juice
    5 cloves garlic, peeled and sliced

Directions

Open can of Garbanzo Beans, drain into cup.
Add 1/2 Can of bean into Food Processor/blender
Add 1/3 C Tahini (better quality tahini = better tatse)
Add 1/4 C lemon juice
Add 1/2 of liquid from beans
Blend until smooth. Add liquid as necessary to make consistency you prefer.
Can also add ref pepper flakes for some heat.
Makes 12 servings of 1/4 cup
