    16oz chick substitute (I used 2 boxes heartline)
    1.5 cups shredded soy cheese
    2 cups red sauce
    2 to 3 cups spinach


reconstitute the chick if you are useing heartline
preheat oven to 375
add everything together in a casserole dish
and bake for 20 minutes covered then 10 to 15 more minutes uncovered
