    *Cream of Mushroom Soup 1 can=295g (reduced fat), 295 gram(s) (remove)
    *Onion - raw, 0.33 cup (remove)
    *mushroom 1 cup sliced/pieces~70 gm raw, 0.7 serving (remove)
    *Bread Crumbs (Progresso Panko), 0.25 cup (remove)
    Smart Balance, Smart Balance Light Buttery Spread, 1 Tbsp, 1.5 serving (remove)
    *Chicken of the Sea Solid White Tuna in Water, 0.5 cup (remove)

Directions

Saute mushrooms and onion. Add to soup, and drained tuna. add noodles. melt margarine, add breadcrumbs and sprinkle on top.
