    1.5 lbs 93% Lean Ground Beef
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 large Green Peppers, chopped
    1, 8 oz can Tomato Sauce, No Salt Added
    1, 15.5 oz can Ranch Style Pinto Beans w/ Jalapenos
    1 15.5 oz can Dark Red Kidney Beans
    2, 28oz cans Red Gold Petite Diced Tomatoes
    1.5 tsp Onion powder
    1.5 tsp Garlic powder
    4 tbsp Chili powder (preferably 2 T mild, 2 T extra hot)
    2 tsp. Cumin Powder
    1 tbsp Knorr chicken flavor boullion
    2 tsp Oregano
    1.5 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce
    8 oz perry or light beer


Brown ground beef, chopped onion and green pepper in non-stick skillet
Transfer to a large pot
Add tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, pinto beans and kidney beans, stir to incorporate, bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium to simmer
Add onion powder, garlic powder, chili powder, cumin, oregano, chicken boullion
Simmer 30-45 minutes
Add perry simmer 15 minutes

1 serving = 1 cup
