These are made with canola oil. These are made with canola oil.

    3 Tble. canola oil
    2 cups flour
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 cup water


Sift dry ingredients together in a bowl. Cut in oil. Add water to make dough. Take handful* of dough and roll out on a lightly floured board, as thin as you can. Bake on a lightly greased griddle. Turn to brown.

*NOTE: I measure the dough out in 1/4 cup measure and divide each 1/4 cup in half to get the 12 pieces.
