Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1/4 cup whole wheat flour
    1/4 cup all purpose flour
    dash of cinnamon
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 Tbs sugar
    1/2 cup egg substitute
    1/4 cup 1 % milk
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    3 medium or 2 large apples grated (1 1/2 cups)
    1/2 tbs butter

Directions

Makes 8 pancakes. I usually have two for a serving

In a large bowl combine flour, salt, cinnamon and sugar.
Whisk in egg substitute, milk and vanilla
Stir in grated apples

Melt butter on a non stick skillet
Spoon mixture on to hot skillet. Approximately 1/4 cup of batter
Flip when bubble appear (approx 2-3 minutes)
Serve warm
These taste great alone or served with warm apple sauce.
