Introduction

You can use any fruit you wish for the topping. I prefer strawberries and kiwi. You might also substitute some low fat yogurt for some of the sour cream to save some calories. Ingredients

1 Reduced Fat Keebler Graham Cracker Crust
1 Large Package Instant Fat Free Sugar Free Pudding, the flavor of your choice. I used vanilla for this one.
1 Cup Low Fat Sour Cream
1 small container Cool Whip Free, Divided in half
    2 Cups Skim Milk
    1 Cup Fresh Strawberries, halved
2 Medium Kiwi, peeled and sliced

Directions

In a large bowl, mix the pudding and skim milk with a whisk just until it begins to set. Fold in the sour cream and 1 cup Cool Whip. Spoon into pie crust. Top with remainder of Cool Whip. Layer on strawberry and kiwi as you wish. Chill 1 hour before serving.
