    2 tsp cornstarch
    1/4 cup Chicken Stock
    2 TBsp packed brown sugar
    2 TBsp cider vinegar
    1/4 crushed red-pepper flakes
    2 tsp olive oil
    2 large sweet red or yellow peppers, thinly sliced
    3 cups sliced green cabbage
    1/4 cup sliced scallions


Place the cornstarch in a medium-high bowl. Add the stock and stir until smooth. Stir in the brown sugar, vinegar, and red-pepper flakes.

Coat skillet with cooking spray and place over medium-high heat until hot. Add the oil, pepper, and cabbage. Cook, stirring, for 3 to 5 minutes, or until crisp-tender. Add the scallions and the stock mixture. Cook, stirring, for 1 minute, or until the sauce thickens.

Freezer: pack the cooled cooked stir fry in a freezer quality plastic bag. 'To use, Thaw overnight in the refridgerator, Place in a skillet and cook over medium high heat for 3 to 5 minutes or until hot.
