    * Carrots, raw, 0.5 cup, strips or slices (remove)
    * king arthur white whole wheat, 0.125 cup (remove)
    * Water, tap, 0.06 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    * Garlic powder, 0.25 tsp (remove)
    * *Cumin seed, 0.5 tsp (remove)
    * Salt, 1 dash (remove)
    * Pepper, black, 1 dash (remove)

serve with a mixture of soy yougurt/mayo mixed with lemon juice and tahini.
