Ingredients

    Combine
    5oz can of bamboo shoots
    16 oz shitake mushrooms
    6 cups of water
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp sugar
    2 tbsp soy sauce
    2 tbsp rice vinegar
    1 tsp sesame oil
    1 tbsp cornstarch dissolved in 1/4 cup water
    pack of extra firm tofu diced into pieces
    Bring to a boil. Beat an egg and add it to the boiling soup. Serving is approximately 1 1/2 cups
