This is a bang-up crust for broiled and grilled steaks and fish. This is a bang-up crust for broiled and grilled steaks and fish.
Number of Servings: 4


    1/4 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
    1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
    2 tbsp prepared horseradish
    1/2 tsp fresh thyme leaves
    Salt to taste


1) Combine all ingredients in a bowl until well mixed. It will have some lumps in it, but this is fine.

2) Add to the top of any broiled or grilled fish or red meat towards the end of cooking time and allow crust to become lightly golden a few minutes before removing it from heat.
