    3 Jalapeno Peppers (I used red ones)
    1 small *Thai Chili Pepper
    1 medium Onion
    6 plum tomatoes
    3 tsp Spice World - Minced Garlic
    1.5 tsp dried Oregano
    1 tsp ground cumin
    10 cracks black pepper
    5 cracks sea salt


Cut the stems off of the peppers
Cut the onion into chunks.
Process all of the peppers and half of the onion in a food processor 20-30 seconds until finely chopped.
Cut the tomatoes into large chunks (6 pieces each)
Add the rest of the onion, all of the tomatoes, the garlic, the oregano, the cumin, the black pepper and the salt to the food processor.
Process 20-30 seconds until finely chopped.
Let sit overnight to blend the flavors

Makes 3.25 cups of salsa
13 servings, 1/4 cup each
