    one package trimmed and ready chicken breast (can use 1 pound package)
    panko bread crumbs(1/2 cup)
    basil leaves(1 per chicken)
    grey poupon mustard (2 tablespoons)


Cover chicken with mustard. Dip in panko breading. Place basil leaf on top of the chicken. Roll chicken up and hold in place with toothpicks. Cook at 350 for 30 minutes or until juices run clear.

If using regular chicken breasts, place them between plastic wrap and pound until they are about 1/4 inch thick before you cover with mustard
