Ingredients

1 1/2 cups of self- rising flour
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 cup of granulated, white sugar
1/2 cup of unsweetened applesauce
2 eggs
2 ripe bananas
Directions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Add the first three ingredients and mix together well In a fairly large bowl. Then add the applesauce and mix before adding the eggs. Mash the bananas in a seperate bowl until it is as chunky or smooth as you would like. Add into your mixture and mix well. Bake for 45 min or until browned. Cut the loaf into eight pieces. 1/8 of the banana bread is a serving. Enjoy!
