    1 c flour, white
    1 c flour, whole wheat
    3 t baking powder
    c canola oil
    1 t salt
    1 T. honey
    1 oz water

    1 c sauce, spaghetti or pizza
    2 c motzarella cheese, shredded
    1 c mushrooms, canned
    1 c onions, chopped large
    5 black olives, sliced
    1-2 T. HERBS - Italian seasoning


Preheat Oven 425'

Mix List #1
Spread on pizza pan.
BAKE for 8 minutes

Remove from oven

Top with sauce and spread remain ingredients evenly.
Sprinkle herbs on top.

Bake 12-15 minutes 450'
