    2 tablespoons olive oil
    4 cups Cabbage, shredded
    4 scallions, sliced
    1 cup shredded Carrot
    1 packet of Truvia
    1 tablespoon rice Vinegar
    1/4 cup *Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce


In a large skillet over med-high heat, add oil. Saute cabbage, carrots & scallions until tender, about 5 minutes. While cabbage mixture is cooking, in a small saucepan, mix together Truvia, rice vinegar, & soy sauce. Heat through, then pour onto cabbage mixture, toss around.
