    white rice
    frozen broccoli
    butter or margarine
    low fat cream of mushroom soup
    low fat or skim milk
    low fat shredded cheddar cheese


saute onion and celery in butter. add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
add one box of thawed, chopped broccoli
add one cup of COOKED rice
add one can of Cream of mushroom soup
add one can of milk
mix well
spread in rectangular baking dish (9x13)
top with shredded cheddar
bake in 400 degree oven for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
