    1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
    1/8 cup red wine vinegar
    1 teaspoon garlic, minced
    1 teaspoon black pepper
    1 teaspoon Cavender's seasoning


In a zip closure bag or jar, mix all ingredients. If using for chops, steak, chicken breasts, or thick fish fillets, you may place frozen pieces directly into the zip-closure bag and defrost while marinating in the refrigerator overnight. If cooking and marinating the same day, you willl want to allow at least an hour or so at room temperature to impart flavor to the meat before grilling or baking.
