    4 (4 oz) boneless center-cut Pork Chops
    1 T. plus 2 tsp Fresh Lime juice
    4 Pineapple Slices
    1 Medium Onion, cut into 1/2" slices
    1 T. Jalapeno


Combine pork and 1 T. juice; let stand 10 min. Heat a grill or grill pan over med-high heat. Coat with cooking spray. Add pineapple and onion; cook 4 min. on each side or until onion is tender. Coarsely chop pinapple and onion; combine in a med. bowl with remaining 2 tsp. of lime juice, jalapeno and 1/8 tsp salt. Sprinkle pork with 1/2 tsp. sald and 1/4 tsp black pepper. Heat grill over med-high heat. Coat with cooking spray. Add pork; cook 4 min. each side or until done. Serving is 1 chop and about 1/2 c. salsa
