Ingredients

    Chicken Breast
    Flour Tortillas
    Enchilada Sauce
    Cheddar Cheese

Directions

Cook chicken and tear into pieces. Spray large dish with cooking spray. Coat dish with sauce. Roll chicken & cheese into tortilla and place in dish. Cover with remaining sauce and cheese. Bake at 350 until cheese browns. 1 Enchilada is a serving. (8 Servings)
