    1 - boneless skinless chicken breast
    4 tbsp - Peach Mango Salsa (or Peach Pineapple salsa)


Thaw the chicken first. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Then put the chicken in an oven safe dish and pour the salsa over the chicken. Bake for 45 minutes. Serve with rice and/or steamed vegetables.
