    1 red grapefruit
    1 560 g can of unsweetened pineapple chunks, drained
    1 kiwi
    2 small bananas
    10 grams of grated coconut (about 2 tbsp.)
    Juice of 1/2 lemon
    Sweetener to taste (optional)


Drain the pineapple. Cut the fruit into bite-sized pieces. Mix together. Add lemon juice and coconut. Sweeten as desired with artificial sweetener.
