    1 lb ground turkey italian sausage
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 garlic clove, pressed
    3 14 1/2 oz cans beef broth (or 5 cups water and 5 tsp boullion)
    2 14 1/2 oz cans diced tomatoes, undrained
    1 10 3/4 oz can campbells tomato soup
    1 cup dry red wine
    2 carrots, thinly sliced
    3 small zucchini, sliced
    2 teaspoons italian seasonings
    1 9 oz package refrigerated whole wheat tortellini (I use Buitoni)
    1/2 cup shaved parmesan cheese


Brown sausage, onion, and garlic over medium-high heat, stirring until sausage crumbles and is no longer pink; drain all fat.
Stir in broth and all ingredients except tortellini and parmesan cheese.
Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Skim off fat periodically.
Stir in tortellini and simmer for 10 minutes.
Sprinkle each serving with cheese right before serving.
