    1 lb - Asparagus, fresh
    1 cup - Red Ripe Grape or Cherry Tomatoes
    1 tbsp - Olive Oil
    2 tbsp - Shallots, finely chopped
    2 tbsp - Balsamic Vinegar
    1/8 tsp - Salt


Heat olive oil in skillet. Add shallots and cook on med-low heat about 5 min. Add asparagus in batches, starting with the thicker pieces first. Every two minutes or so, add the next batch. Add the tips last. Heat through. Add the garlic and grape or cherry tomatoes. When the tomatoes pop open, sprinkle the balsamic vinegar and ground black pepper over, mix well and serve.
