Ingredients
-
- 2 Apples
- 2 Nectarines
- 3 Bananas
- 3 cups cantaloupe
- 3 cups pineapple
- 10 strawberries
- 1 large tub of Plain yogurt (or flavored for a twist)
- 8 tsp of Splenda (one tsp for each serving) -- optional -- I'm not a huge fan of just plain yogurt, so this gives it a little bit of a taste
- Granola for garnish (optional - not in calorie count)
Directions
Chop all the fruit like you were making a fruit salad. Put into 8 individual servings. (I love Gladware...makes my life so much easier for pre-portioning!)
Take the Yogurt and split equally over each of the 8 serving dishes.
Sprinkle 1 tsp of splenda over each serving of yogurt.
Place in Fridge (I prefer the freezer) to enjoy for breakfast every day of the week. (Keep in mind it takes about 3 couple of hours for it to defrost)
Enjoy!
