    2 Tb Sugar
    10 Tb Splenda for Baking (not the splenda/sugar mix)
    3/4 tsp. of Morton's Lite Salt Mixture
    1 packet of unsweetened Kool Aid
    2 liters of water


Mix dry ingredients together. Add to 2 liters of water.

Make sure you use Morton's Lite, as it has the necessary potassium. If you use the splenda that measures the same as sugar, you can keep the mix in a sealed container and add to a water bottle. To use this method, add approximately 3 Tb of mixture to a 16 to 20 oz water bottle.

The Strawberry Lemonade flavor works best, so far.
