Ingredients

    1 6-8oz chicken breast
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1 can large black olives
    1 cup chopped broccoli
    1/2 cup fat-free feta crumbles
    Greek Seasoning to taste

Directions

1. Lightly coat chicken breast in Greek Seasoning
2. Cook chicken on stove top until no longer pink
3. Once chicken is cooked through, remove from pan and slice
4. Return chicken to pan, add remaining ingredients
5. Simmer for about 20 minutes until broccoli is tender

Serves 2.
