    1.5 oz grilled chicken
    2 scallions
    1 stock celery
    2 T low fat mayo
    2 small whole wheat pita


Finely chop shrimp, chicken, scallion, and celery. Mix all together with mayo and salt to taste. Fill two pitas and enjoy!
